The Singleton Ranches are composed of several historic ranches. Manager Alex Carone, a Nevada native blends his buckaroo style with the local New Mexico traditions. His crew is made of Buckaroos and Texas-style punchers.

Lunch is made by the wife of the hosting Singleton Ranch manager. It's flavorful blend of New Mexican cuisine, served in a historic setting on the ranch. |
